
No 6th grade class can pass up the egg drop experiment before Easter! JES 6th Grade Students created different contraptions to drop from the roof of our building. We were excited to see most of the eggs survive! Great job 6th graders!





Family and Consumer Science students prepare for Easter by making deviled eggs.


First grade has been busy building 3-D shapes with toothpicks and marshmallows.





First graders were so excited for the bunny run. They got to make and wear bunny headbands!!


Collin Lechman is currently sewing food wrappers together that will be included in an art installation he is creating for his independent art project.


Sociology students conducted a social experiment by breaking social norms. They are presenting the results of their experiment to the class.

First grade is learning about 2-D and 3-D shapes.





In Pre-K we are reading a book about the Solar System. They did a great job on their astronaut pictures!!!





Pre-K was using combine to 10 spinners , tens frames, and "bees" to add numbers within 10.





Fourth grade students took the lead to teach class while Mrs. Jacobs was the student. Some students taught a song while others lead instrument playing, taught rhythm, and created a music game.


Easter Break Meal Request
The Julesburg School District will provide grab and go lunch/breakfast for the upcoming Easter Break. We will provide two breakfasts and two lunches per child. These meals are free to ALL community children ages 1 through 18 regardless of free/reduced eligibility. We will send both sets of meals home on Thursday, April 1st with your child(ren) so you will not need to pick up meals during the break. If you would like to request these meals, please fill out the form below by Wednesday, March 31st. Fill out only ONE form per family - include all children. Thank you!
