High School Art Students presented their place settings for the collaborative “Dinner Party” project today. Each student was assigned an artist to research. After gathering information on their assigned artist they created a cup, plate, and placemat in the style of their artist and included important information about their artist. After presenting we enjoyed some tasty treats!

First graders have been practicing their spelling words with shaving cream.

Thank you for reviewing expenses/budget and how the money is spent and where it is spent, and creating or updating policies for the school district.
Sincerely,

While instrumental music plays in the background, Sophomores in Life Skills work on building their relationship bank accounts by writing positive messages to their teachers. This random act of kindness also makes a deposit into their personal bank account as well.

Seniors in Life Skills work diligently to meet the weekly scholarship requirements for their post-secondary educational options. Just today, two of these seniors were notified they are finalists for the Hagen Scholarship opportunity. They each have a chance to be awarded $48,000 over four years. Congratulations!! Applying for scholarships pays off!

Our “Mindful Moment” in Second Step today is Kindness Flow. We thought of a moment someone showed us kindness and recognized how that kindness feels in our bodies.
