Mr. Calvadores would like to give a Good News Call of the Day to Kiva Clark due to his initiative to clean the Science classroom. He took a broom and started cleaning the mess he saw and even picked up some trash from the different parts of the classroom.
He asked permission and Mr. Calvadores let him do it because he finished all his assignments. Great work Kiva!

This week's warm weather was great for outdoor lessons and a little bit of bubble fun! We used paintbrushes and water to write letters, numbers and shapes in a review lesson. Then we filled the playground with bubbles galore!

As we get closer to prom, students in Family Consumer Science researched prom styles. They looked at examples in the fashion industry including textile, apparel, merchandising, and promotion. They also learned about the duct tape prom scholarship contest.
