ATTENTION parents and students of JHS.
There will be an informational gathering at Julesburg High School tomorrow, January 9 at 5:00, for any junior high or high school students that are interested in joining a science club. The science club will last through February and will involve participation in a science fair at NJC. Please come if you or your child is interested.

Mr. Engelker and Mr. Berges present Itai Gonzales with a check for winning the Sedgwick County VFW Post 3951 Patriot’s Pen Essay contest. Her essay will be sent to a the District contest and has the potential to then be sent to the State and National level contest.

The Junior High Girl’s Basketball Game scheduled for Monday, January, 6th has been moved to Tuesday, January 7th. The games will start at 4:00 in Julesburg. There will be two quarters of B followed by the A game. Thanks!

Our 4 24 game finalists in a heated competition! Winner to come!



A special thanks to Mike Sullivan and Nova Technologies (Zach Ruder) for their support of our kindness bingo activity and drawing. Each time students engaged in an act of kindness, they colored in a box on a bingo card. Completed cards were collected and students were drawn for prizes.





For their last day of the semester the 7th Grade Computer class went to the gym to test the programs they coded for the Sphero robots!



The Julesburg 7th-12th Grade Christmas Music Concert is tonight at 7 p.m. in the Julesburg High School Auditorium! The community is invited and encouraged to attend!

Great job to the JES Student Council and Mrs. Lewis for their work on and participation in this year's Parade of Lights. The theme was the 12 Days of Christmas and our students came up with the 12 Days of Christmas Break! A fun night for all!
