As part of a College Public Speaking assignment, sophomore Noah Harens took on the challenge of delivering a demonstrative speech to an audience of at least three! 👏 A demonstrative speech is a type of informative presentation that teaches the audience how to do something or how something works. It involves a step-by-step process, often with visual aids or live demonstrations to make the topic clear and easy to follow. Way to go, Noah, on building confidence and communication skills! 💪🎙️ #PublicSpeaking A special thanks to your classmates that volunteered to be your audience!

In the classroom, collaboration is key! Our 3rd graders are engaging with multiplication of teen numbers through pair/share discussions, using base ten blocks for hands-on learning, and decomposing numbers for better understanding. This approach not only enhances mathematical skills but also fosters teamwork and communication.

Congratulations! Claudia Rhoades earned the Lion PRIDE Call of the Day. When Claudia noticed that Jaxson ripped his backpack, she rushed into action. Claudia purchased a backpack for Jaxson. Jaxson absolutely loves his new backpack. Way to go Claudia! We appreciate your generosity! In case you're wondering, Claudia is dressed like her FFA advisor, Mr. Koberstein for FFA Week.
