While instrumental music plays in the background, Sophomores in Life Skills work on building their relationship bank accounts by writing positive messages to their teachers. This random act of kindness also makes a deposit into their personal bank account as well.
Seniors in Life Skills work diligently to meet the weekly scholarship requirements for their post-secondary educational options. Just today, two of these seniors were notified they are finalists for the Hagen Scholarship opportunity. They each have a chance to be awarded $48,000 over four years. Congratulations!! The Julesburg School District is wishing everyone a Merry Christmas and all the Best in the coming New Year!
The Elementary students all got to participate in a Jingle Jaunt today. Even in the wind and cold, each class ran either a half or full mile, with some ambitious student council members and 6th graders putting in some extra miles as well. Running is a great way to keep the kids moving during break, too! So proud of our kids!
Julesburg School District proudly presents Mrs. Bethany Jacobs and her talented singers and musicians as they perform this year's Christmas music program.
